I have come to not like car rider line very much.  I feel hurried or like I’m breaking the rules or something.  And then there’s the wait.  The wait is usually quiet (unless Jack Henry is squawking about something) and I have been passing the time reading Facebook posts on my phone or playing Boggle.  And yes, as many of you know, on one particular day I passed the time by falling asleep.  Embarrassing much?

I now have a new view of car rider line: guilt free knitting time.

So car rider line is for knitting and for listening to This American Life or Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me or DoubleKnit or any of the other things that I love to listen to but can’t because of AG’s need to chatter.

Car rider line is starting to look a lot like Nirvana.
