My friend Melissa always does a Monday harvest post and I get so jealous. Finally… I have enough, on a Monday, to be able to do a post. 
5 Cucumbers
1 Yellow Zucchini
1 Jalapeno Pepper
A handful of green beans
YAY!! I do have 4 heads of lettuce that could be harvested but they are also small enough that they can just stay on the tower and continue to grow.
In other news…..Today (thanks to a fabulous Groupon deal) Dana and I went on the Rivership Romance’s lunch cruise.
Had a great time just hanging out with Dana (the kiddos were with the in laws), cruising down the St. John’s River and watching all the wild life.

My mom used to make the best cucumber salad – slice up the cukes, add some sour cream, some onions, about a tbs of white vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve cold – yum.
