Any of my Lake County based readers know of a good realtor in the Eustis area? We drove through downtown Eustis last night and now we’re convinced that we want to move there. Found a few houses and want to see them NOWNOWNOW. But our Orlando based realtor (from when we lived here before) isn’t returning calls and we think she doesn’t cover that area anyway.
So…church friends…any ideas? Oh…and I may be imagining this…isn’t there a guy in the church who is a realtor? Did I fabricate that in my own mind?

I’ve been to the Mt. Hope Cemetary, used to work at U of R. Too bad I didn’t have more time, would’ve liked to have met you!
I KNEW a ton…don’t know how many are still doing it. I would recommend Leigh Ann Pippin. She had her own company with the guy who directs United in Praise, but they closed due to the market…or lack there of. She is still in business though and is a native area and knows and is respected by a ton of people I know and respect.

There is a CUTE house for sale on Key, and I know the owners. Not sure the details on it, but they had 2 kids, so it must be at least a 3 bedroom. Let me know what you are looking at, and I’ll give you the run down :-).

I would recommend trying it without a realtor!!! *yikes…no offense to realtors* and there are many good reasons TO use one. BUT…we have purchased and sold every single house we’ve owned without one.
