We arrived home last evening thoroughly whooped from our trip.  I’ll be posting photos throughout the week.  We had a great time.  Anna Grace enjoyed her first attempts at hiking although as soon as any trail had the slightest hint of going up hill she asked to be picked up (smart girl!). 

Anyway, we saw some beautiful scenery although none of it was at Hurricane Ridge.  We did drive  up there.  We even saved the trip for Sunday since the weather wonks claimed that Sunday would be "clear".  Liar! Liar! Pants on Fire!  We could barely see five feet in front of the car!!!!!    Anyway, the hikes were great, the knitting was lovely and we enjoyed ourselves in spite of the sun’s absence!
