Some random thoughts….

Dana’s parents arrived today, they’ll be visiting for 10 days or so.  Anna Grace is having a ball.

For Father’s Day we went to a barbeque restaurant and I was reminded all day of why I no longer go to BBQ places… indigestion that lasts for days.  This started when I was pregnant and it never resolved.  Dana loves BBQ so I took him there for Father’s Day.  No more.

Also for Father’s Day we went to the Museum of Flight at Boeing Field.  Dana had been wanting to go and I had been stalling.  I figured it would be a good father’s day thing so I planned the trip.  It was pretty interesting.  Anna Grace got to sit in some old plane.  We toured the Air Force One of Eisnehower, Kennedy and Johnson’s adminstration.  That was pretty interesting.

I have been plying some of the corridale that I’ve spun.  The process has not gone easy nor has it always been enjoyable.  Some of my singles periodically came apart.  Bobbins wouldn’t turn on the lazy Kate.  You get the idea.

I finished the legs of the Friday Harbor sock.  I’m almost at the point of total forgiveness over the chart error fiasco…. but not quite.

I have to write a poem for Challenge #3 of the Amazing Lace.  Writing the thing isn’t the problem.  Publishing it on the internet…. now that’s a problem!  I think I’d rather eat fried bugs.

Maybe I’ll publish some pictures of the above events… and maybe I won’t.  All depends if I get inspired and inspiration has been running a bit low lately.  We’ll see.
