Ever get the impression you’re stuck in the movie Groundhog Day ?  I think we may be stuck in the real estate version of that flick.  Our house appears to be selling… again.  I know you people aren’t going to believe me… I’m starting to not believe me. 

The offer is contingent upon the buyer selling her house but the buyer is a real estate agent so she has access to the MLS, marketing, etc.  I feel better about this deal than I did any of the others.  We are negotiating on one little detail (not the price) and if that isn’t agreed upon I think Dana and I are willing to just let it go. 

So cross your fingers, cross your toes, say your prayers and let’s hope this is "it".
