I finished the skirt. You’ll note a little detour from the original plan.
That little multicolored, garter stitch border… yep… I planned that all along. It had nothing to do with the fact that I ran out of purple yarn. Nothing at all.
The color on this photo is off quite a bit. I’m going to try to get a photo of Little Miss wearing the thing tomorrow. We’ll see how that goes….keep your fingers crossed.

Way cute – can’t wait to see the model shot. Hey, you really are getting to be a Pacific Northwesterner when you can whine about the heat! I heard Enumclaw’s going to be one of the hotter areas. If you need a break, come on up to Whidbey Island – we’re usually 10-15 degrees cooler.
