Exploring Around the Sound

Yesterday Anna Grace and I headed out with the intent of seeing Dash Point State Park .  Well, I missed the turn but as a result we found some cool stuff.

First we drove through the little hamlets of Dash Point and Brown’s Point. Then, as I drove along the edge of the sound I saw a light house out in the distance.   You may recall that I have a New Year’s Resolution relating to these lighthouses.  So we drove off in search of the little lighthouse.

Turns out that the lighthouse is located at Brown’s Point.

Here’s some photos….

Anna Grace enjoying the wind and some special "rock throwing" time.  She stood on the edge of the Sound and threw rock after rock after rock.  She had a ball.
