I picked up the shawl for the first time in weeks.  I kept having to make creative adjustments (read: errors) to the pattern.  I then came to the conclusion that I have had so much creativity while knitting this thing that there is no way it is going to look anything like leaves.

So I chucked it out.

Leaf Lace Shawl #1 dying a torturous death.

Leaf Lace Shawl #2 looking all slim and sassy.  This version has only one or two creative adjustments. 

So…. this tee niny thing needs to be a full grown shawl by Labor Day.  This should be interesting.
