But in a good way!
I went to the post office (BTW… I haven’t seen “Bob” since “the incident”. I think he decided to go back to his previous post office schedule. Woo Hoo!) and I got a nice little surprise. I pulled a package out of the box that was from one of our customers. At first I worried that something was wrong with one of their purchases. But when I opened the box I found the nicest note thanking us for our customer service…..and an adorable teddy bear. The note said to give the bear to my “boss”….. a.k.a. Anna Grace.
When I got home AG was still taking her nap so I set the bear on the kitchen table and waited for her to find it. When she got up it took her only a moment to ask about the bear and she instantly fell in love. She then decided to take the bear on a tour of the yard and teach the bear all of her favorite things…. running and dancing and hugging and kissing.
So thank you MJ! You made my day and you made Anna Grace’s as well. It was a lovely and unexpected surprise. Thank you so much.
So… ya wanna see Anna Grace’s new buddy?
“He’s the same color as Pooh” according to Anna Grace.
Anna Grace teaches her new friend the importance of dancing and twirling.
There was much hugging
And there was kissing
And more kissing
And then the bear joined us at the dinner table.
Anna Grace’s new friend was invited to join us at the table for dinner because that was the only way Anna Grace would agree to even come to dinner. She was just having too much fun with her newest friend.
Thanks again, M.J. You’re too kind!
Sweetpea wants to know what your name is, lovely little brown bear! She’s always on the lookout for other little teddies to be friends with.
That’s the best kind of gift giving, when the giftee loves it and uses it. Great pictures, too!
