Dana is still home until this afternoon. He did get the camera to download so here is the proof that I’ve been knitting….

First, the finished front of Rogue

and… the sock. This is the scallop sock pattern from Knitting on the Net. Not my favorite… actually a bit strange. I would have stopped and frogged but I figured “what the heck”.

Big “show down” in the family this weekend with the “Bride to be”. Its been ugly. But… to be quite frank… I think my grandfather enjoys it when he gets things stirred up like this. I think I’ll leave him to lie in the bed he’s made for a bit.

In toddler news: Anna Grace has started pointing to her nose and she’s signing a two-word sentence (“more, please”). She’s also gotton quite sly. I applaude when she responds to “where’s your nose” so now she starts to point to it but bypasses the nose and goes straight to clapping. She’s a con-artist already!
