Saturday Sky over Mount Hood and the Columbia River
The Columbia River forms the state line between Washington and Oregon.
Why was I at the state line? I went to the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival. Dana is in Florida this weekend and AG and I decided to head to the fiber festival. No reason to hang around the house…. we oughta just go and have some fun!
This was my first time ever in Oregon, very pretty. The site of Mount Hood and the Columbia River about took my breath away. AG and I had a good time at the fiber festival. OK… I had a real good time! My Visa card is smokin’! Many purchases were made. More about that some other time. I’m tired. AG is tired and I think we’d better head off to bed.

Hey, that’s my view! Beautiful. We live in Camas (which is right on the river). Took a drive upriver yesterday and had a snack/drink at a favourite local haunt at the river’s edge. A perfect day. In a few weeks, the leaves will be turning . . . what a sight! Glad you got to go to the festival. The weather was sure perfect for a day out.
