I did not take my child hiking again.  I took her on a nature walk.  It was a bit more successful although somebody wanted to be carried most of the way back.

We went to hike the Skookum Flats trail which is a very easy walk that goes along side the White River.  We only did a small portion of it.  It will take you past Skookum Falls and then somewhere along the way there is a suspension bridge.  We didn’t get to those sites.  We just walked a ways and turned around. 

Not much to show for pictures.  It was just a nice quiet walk in the woods.
