Saturday Sky and Other Sites

We spent the day exploring Mount Rainier National Park and surrounding areas.  We drove across Chinook Pass and saw nothing due to the fog.  We headed across Cayuse Pass… which I didn’t realize we were…er… passing… until we’d already…. passed it.  Then we went down to Ohanapecosh (sp?) visitors center and took a hike to the hot springs, cruised by Silver Falls and then back to the car.  We then headed around Backbone Ridge, passed Box Canyon and then to Paradise.  Long day but good scenery.

First up…. Saturday Skies…..

  1. What beautiful pictures! The last two remind me of hiking in the mountains a long time ago. What a unique and beautiful entry for Saturday Skies ;o)
