I finished up my plying and I have three skeins of 3-ply and an itty bit of 2-ply corriedale. Much of my plying has been via trial and error (more error than trial). I’ve learned that I need much more practice at making my singles even. Some areas came apart because they were too loose. Some areas broke because they were too tight.
( This is beginning to sound like the Goldilocks and the Three Bears version of spinning… this single was too tight, this single was too loose….. too bad I don’t have any that are just right).
I plied the 3-ply with two singles of the fawn colored corriedale and one of the natural color. The 2-ply was done with one fawn and one natural.
I’m amazed… you guys have seen more of the area then I have.
The Black Sheep Gathering was awesome, as usual… hope you’re free to go next year. Hope I have more money to spend next year.
Glad AG didn’t get tubes. As for the food alergies… gotta wonder on that as you had stated she developed theses problems after arriving here. Has your diet changed?
Hope you can make it to Sandwich Shop Wednesday… bring your wheel… let’s work on your twists GOLDILOCKS!
