I am so sorry.  I just downloaded the camera and that’s when I realized that I’ve been talking about things but not posting them.  Scatterbrained.  I am totally scatterbrained.

So, lets pretend like it was two weeks ago, shall we?

Look, I just returned from the Madrona Fiber Fest and lookie, lookie…. I got 2 skeins of STR.

The colorways are Rolling Stone and Water Lillies.  I can’t wait to get them wound and cast on but I’m going to have to wait. 

See, we’ve located the ball winder but not my swift.  We spent a tense pleasant evening with Dana attempting to be a human swift.  Lets just say that the man has a masters in mechanical engineering, a masters in architecture, works for Robots-R-Us building…. er…ROBOTS, but the winding of yarn bewilders him.  It was completely over his head. So, from this point forward, the winding of yarn is an activity we should probably do separately.
