Dear Sarah Palin and Alan Grayson:
Just a tip. If you call and you call and you call, that makes you an irritant. Like a rejected prom date…an irritant. And if you call and you call and you call during the dinner hour that makes you an irritant with bad manners. (But we already knew that about you, Mr. Grayson, now didn’t we?). And if you are an irritant with bad manners, why would I want you or your candidate-of-choice to represent me and to be a…. ahem… “positive” example for my children? You do still remember that being a positive example is part of holding the office, don’t you? Let’s review this concept for just a few moments.
Most Floridians would like their children… and their politicians… to….
Tell the truth.
Apologize when you do something wrong (i.e. LIE).
Not call people names.
Not tattle tale.
Follow the mantra “If you can’t say something nice….”.
Show respect for others.
Share.
Play well with others.
Mrs. Palin and Mr. Grayson, if you take note of the list above, you’ll see that these are basic skills that are taught to the average kindergarten student. Yet, sadly, it appears that you have not mastered these “golden rules”. Which, by inference, would make the average kindergarten student a tad more “advanced” than you are. And since I don’t accept voting recommendations from the average kindergarten student, well, I’m sure you can figure out the remainder of that thought.
Or can you?
Love,
Kris
I agree 100%!!! The negative ads pointing fingers just make me watch channels like ESPN more.
