I finished piece #2 of the giftie and cast on both pieces #3 and #4… double dutch. I’m only row in and I’ve already blown it…GRRRRR! I’ll lay in bed tonight and try to figure out where I goofed or I’ll just start over.
I also need to cast on for sleeve #2 of of Rogue and get that finished up. It’s cold enough ’round these parts and I could sure use a good casual hoodie.
With these two projects nearing the end I’m contemplating my next project. I’m thinking about the cut-away cardigan from chic knits. I was trying to decide on what yarn to use. This part of the process always gets me so befuddled. There are so many yarns I haven’t tried…. there’s others I’d love to try but they cost so much who can afford to make a sweater from one of them. I’m searching for something new…something untried.
So far I’m leaning toward something tweedy and I like the Jo Sharp Aran Tweed (I haven’t used Jo Sharp before). I’m also thinking about trying something from Beaverslide Dry Goods . So many options… can’t decide. Any thoughts?
I’m feeling that the house thing is plummeting…Kris, I’m so sorry that you are having to deal with all this. It’s some kind of journey that you and AG are supposed to be on right now.
Like, rather than Disney World or Yosemite.
Let me know how you are doing, kiddo. Think of you often and hope all is okay. I so wish I had the $$$ and I’d buy your house tomorrow!
Hang in there Nurse Haukoos.
