It’s time for

The Third Annual Grits and Sticks Contest

So get ya a bowl of grits, grab your sticks of choice (either knitting needles or crochet hooks) and take a photo of your artistic endeavor.

Send me a picture of your entry to Contest AT SonnyandShear DOT com by midnight (eastern time) on Tuesday, April 14, 2009.

Two prizes will be awarded.

First Place is for the most creative entry and that person will receive at $35.00 gift certificate to the shop.

Second Place will be determined by the ol’ random number generator.  All entries will be entered for the drawing for the second place prize.  Second place winner will receive a $20.00 gift certificate to the shop.

And a big thank you to Lorette for making sure I didn’t forget the “holiday”.  With the hussle and bussle of last weekend, I almost forgot to get the contest going again.

Alright y’all… head to the store, get the grits, and start sending me the photos. Shoo!
