Cynical C had this linked, it’s pretty cute.  It’s somebody’s Christmas lights set to music. It’s either Manheim Steamroller or Trans-Siberian Orchestra…. I think it’s the latter.  This guy has too much time on his hands… but it sure is fun to watch.  Here’s the link.

This link reminded me that it is that time, once again, to enjoy one of my favorite internet guilty pleasures.  Ugly Christmas Lights.Com is so much fun.  My favorite from last year was Divorced Santa.  There’s a house in Winter Garden that I was dying to nominate last year.  These folks had boarded up for Hurricane Charley but never took the boards down (a common Florida redneck phenomenon).  But then they put a few nails on the boards and looped a string of 25 twinkle lights to the board…. just kinda bunched ’em up on two or three nails.  I figured that one would surely make the cut.

I’m going to drive down Story Road and see if those boards are on that house…. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were.  If so, I’m going to keep watching.  If one little twinkle light shows up… I’m sending in a photo!

I have been knitting althought I have no photo proof.  I’ve been working on the gift project a bit… boring.  But, I do think it will look nice if it is ever completed within this millenia.  The sock has cruised past the heel turning and is moving toward Gussettville.  Rogue is still listening to Sleevie Wonder.
