I’m a bit speechless.  The buyer agrees to everything, we agree to everything.  There’s nothing that can get in our way except her house not selling.  She  didn’t even make this thing contingent on appraisal.  She’s not getting an inspection…she’s just going to use the report from a previous inspection that was done.  That inspection came out great and Dana already repaired the few things that were noted.

Anna Grace and I will likely leave for Washington some time in January depending on what works out with her speech and O.T.  Now… how do we get to Washington.  The plan had always been for AG and I to drive.  But…. I don’t know how to drive in the snow.  Dana could drive us but my mother has been having a hemorrhage over the idea of us driving in the winter.  So…. how can we drive to Washington without her finding out so I don’t have to put up with the aggravation of listening to her over the next 2 months?
