Anna Grace has been fascinated this year over all of the Christmas lights she sees around town. She even asked why we didn’t decorate our house (I told her to talk to her dad which resulted in….lights being put on the house!). So, I figured she would get a kick out of going down to Disney’s MGM (yes… I know…its The Studios but I’ll probably call it MGM ’til I die) and seeing the Osborne family lights.
You may remember the Osbornes. They had this huge Christmas light display in Arkansas and eventually the neighbors decided they’d had enough and decided to sue. Well… Disney bought the light display from them, added more lights and each year they light up the back end of MGM with all of these lights.

How pretty! Wish I could see them in person. Glad that they are still putting them up – for some reason I thought they had stopped!
I had no idea about the Osborne lights – checked out the site – how cool that it lives on at Disney!
We just came back from there a few days ago. Can you imagine being their neighbors when it was still at the Osborne’s house? E-gads! ha ha…
